Pupils' annual Santa Run boosts hospice charity

Pupils at Holderness Academy took part in the school’s annual Santa Run to raise money for Dove House Hospice. On Friday 6th December, more than 200 year 7 pupils, many in Santa hats and suits, ran a lap around the school sports facilities to raise funds and awareness for the hospice charity, raising a total of £791.50.
A spokesperson for Dove House Hospice said: “We are incredibly grateful to the staff and students of the Holderness Academy. They are fantastic supporters of the hospice and work tirelessly to raise awareness and funds for our cause”.
